Each part of town has its own kind of home and its own way of being found. None of them has a separate page here, because the service is the same in all of them.
The old fishermen’s quarter between the castle walls and the port: low, narrow houses in a grid of streets parallel to the shore.
Most houses have a single door straight onto the street, with no hallway or communal entrance behind it. The quarter is protected as a site of local relevance, so a new lock is chosen to leave the old door and its façade as they are.

The Carretera de les Marines alone holds more registered holiday-let homes than any other street in Dénia. Give the building or complex name and the kilometre point if you know it; the road is long and many blocks look alike.

A villa here often has a gate, a garage and a front door, each on a different lock. Say which one refuses to open and whether the key turns at all.

Units usually have a shutter, a pedestrian door and an office. Have the person holding the keys and the paperwork reachable before the van sets off.

In Baix la Mar and Les Roques the streets are narrow and the van parks where it can, so the last few metres may be on foot. It does not change the job, only the minute you see us arrive.
